General feedback and suggestions on weapons/combat/recipes

Just some general problems I’ve found with the weapons/combat/crucible/recipes, and some suggestions I think that could help make these issues less prevalent.

To start with the weapons: Late game attribute costs are simply absurd, there is no point in even looking at a weapon you find at max level as it requires you to allocate 54 out of the 86 total attribute points. I believe capping the total attribute cost in the range of 22-32 would be far better, this way people who find a heavy weapon late game can still use plate armor without crippling all of their other stats.

Second is combat: I have found myself unable to hit some enemies for up to three minutes at times when using slower weapons as they repeatedly dodge, or because they knock me down even if I started attacking before them. I think a good way to solve the dodge problem would be to put a 10 second timer on when enemies can dodge again, as for the knock down I believe heavier weapons should be able to prevent knock down from attacks with high enough poise.

Finally are the recipes: Simply put, they are far, far to rare, especially the plate armor recipe, the only set of plate armor you can reliable get is the one you buy from the Mira and Meri. For this, I really think that Mira and Meri should sell a recipe for plate armor so that they sell recipes for every armor level, and I also think the final chest from the crucible should contain a recipe, as even with 77+ hours in the game I’ve yet to find a single recipe for plate armor.
