Hello, I just got the game and it won’t boot. It is stuck when I load the game with a black screen and a number in the top right corner and there is music playing. I tried uninstalling/reinstalling multiple times. I tried forcing compatibility with proton 10 and experimental. I tried just waiting, I let it wait on this screen for 1 hour and nothing happened. This is very frustrating.
I tried deleting the compat data folder and restarting. I tried using Proton GE Latest (which at the time is 10-29 I think). I disabled cloud uploads as well.

Thanks, I already read through that whole thread and tried all the fixes suggested and none of them worked… which is why I posted a new thread.
@Korber710 Did you restart SteamDeck after each Proton version change?
Yes, just tried that and same result. I also just uninstalled, deleted compat and game data off the SSD and then rebooted and reinstalled the game. Now it seems to finally boot.

I don’t know for sure, but as the post was (I can’t open nor find it anymore) about Linux, which the SteamOS is based on, I thought he should at least give it a try.
