Game seems Ram speed bottlenecked

Footage with a
RTX 4900 - Ryzen 9 5950X - only lower is ram with a MHZ 3600

There is also footage online with this specs, a similar run, same setting (4K/2160p, maxed quality) on 4080@7700x, 32GB DDR5 6000Mhz. I cant add a second footage. But its on the steam community hub.
