
This spell is so weak that it is either bugged or the math it is written with is wrong.

After using a Rune that costs 100 focus:

It didn’t even cure me 10 hp and i also have healing increasing effects
The rune should heal 1% of total HP for every 15-10 focus spent to be usable.

Sounds like it is bugged.
But I agree, it should be stronger in general. If you spend 150 Focus, it should be recovering at least 40 HP with no investment. So the 10%, really should be closer to 20-25%. It should also use the spell cost before reduction. As in, having reduced rune cost shouldn’t be inadvertently nerfing your heals.
Now I understand they are probably trying to keep a balance so combining it with other impact-heal options won’t be over-tuned. Essentially that this plus life-steal shouldn’t be completely re-filling your HP bar with every hit.
