French : `%` displays `□`, after Hotfix 5

As said in the title, all elements in the french menu that should display % are displaying □ instead, even after hotfix 5.

Hi,

The bug ‘%’ in french Windows system (with any language) is still not fixed in Patch 1 & 2.
