Followup on visual artifacts issue since Patch 1 (Screenshots included)

Greetings,
This is a followup on my topic, posted back in May:
Patch 1 Visual Bugs with Screenshots - Wicked Bug Reporting - No Rest For The Wicked

Plenty of artifacting seems to have been alleviated as of writing this (think back since Patch 2) so props to the team! Models with transparent textures like bushes clearly look much crisper and there’s no noticeable noise like they had before.

Grass and waterfalls as well as some other water FX however, still seem to suffer from the same issue. I’d otherwise describe this as a form of dithering or as a fellow user said in the other post: checkerboard rendering. Below I’ll be posting comparison pictures, specifically pointing this out on a patch of grass. Testing was done at 1080p, maximum graphics settings in 2 forms: DLSS (Quality) or TAA (Native) and at 0% as well as 100% sharpness (default). Sharpness clearly accentuates the visibility of said artifacting.

Here goes:

Should be easy to flick through all with the arrow keys, have a great one everyone!

P.S. Apologies for the cat
