Fix your damn game!

I apologize in advance if i am a bit rude in this feedback, but i have enough !

I am now 150+ hours in this game, i have played a full playtrough at the release, two more for the Breach, and now i am tryin one more

Problem that were there DAY 1 of the early access are still there, it ‘s not normal.

  • Enemy locking is just sabotage ! sometime it changes the target even if i click to lock one and sometime it stick on it even if the enemy leaves the screen and the character keeps shooting in the void even if he has another enemy in closed range.

  • Healing should not take longer than a simple attack !!!

  • Falling to death when running to a ladder is UNACCEPTABLE !!!

  • Consumable menu is nonsense, useless in combat situation

  • Why do i have to click to the right to change weapon when the icon is on the left ???

  • Stamina and Poise Bars should be on the top-left with all the other information

All these “little details” make your game painful to play

And after that why do you abandon your good ideas ??? adding fast travel ??? So what’s the point of this brilliant level design with all these shortcuts if i can teleport anywhere in the game ?

I want to love this game and for the most part it deserve it but there are two many imperfection related to the gamefeel.
I don’t want to rage because the combat system is cursed, I want to rage because i don’t play well … that’s the point of the souls-like genre : cruel but fair…not cruel because approximative.

And don’t complain about review bombing, you’re game is not good, gorgeous, appealing, one of the best level design but certainly not good at all.

You should probably read this yourself and then explain what you mean?(Yes im asking you to read your own and try to make sense of it)

Do you play with a gamepad/controller or with keyboard & mouse?

If you are using a controller theres a UI you can turn on in settings that makes it a bit simpler for you. :+1:

Heal with food or through Runes?

But what about those situations where you actually want to jump down faster and not get stuck in a ladder climb animation..

But i guess the game should just know. which i guess is what you are trying to say?

As I am a French Guy, I am not sure of how i can explain things…
I play with a pad

About Targetting, it’s just broken and incomprehensible.

About the ladders, when i’m running (wich happens a lot) there’s a big chance that the animation of taking down the ladder doesn’t trigger and the character just fall to death.

thanks for UI tip, but don’t you think that it would be better if it was just instictive ? left for the left icon and right for the right icon…btw the old UI was better on this point

Atleast after turning this setting on it will automatically switch UI whenever you use your mouse and keyboard?

So in a way it is instinctive but you first have to activate it in settings :innocent:

I dont know what the downsides is of having it on from the start or if there are any?

If you are using a gamepad :video_game: the right stick can be used to cycle targets by moving the stick and to remove the lock on you need to hold the stick button down as you already know a press/tap will make it lock on.
