I can’t find Finley :<
I freed him form his cell in prison, it added notice on his door with time when he should spawn, but he is not there
i tried for 4 days on diffrent hours but no luck
i killed river twins but not darak yet, maybe that’s the case?
i’m using geforce now to play so i can’t send log files
any ideas?
You’ll find him right there at his store every day from 8pm to Midnight. That’s real-time, not game-time.
i know that, that is why im posting here, because he is not there on any time during that peroid of time
yesterday a tried twice per hour 8-12pm and nothing
maybe is because i’m using geforce now?
he spawned correctly on saturdays in previous patches
i just finish darak questline maybe he spawns today i hope
Most likely Geforce Now. It’s set to 8pm-12am based on your system time. But who knows what system you got from Geforce Now. You might be playing on some PC in India? 
no, i play on server located in Warsaw (Poland)- i live in Poland so it’s CEST time zone - should be working fine
as i wrote it worked fine in previous patch, i’m just guessing the reason 
maybe i try make new realm
Ok he showed up 
two things:
first
he was on 1st realm - i finished both darak and rivertwins there, he was not on 2nd realm - in witch i only freed him from prison and don’t progres any quests - so i think that was the problem?
second
system time on gf now servers is set up to gmt time regardles of country server is located - i tried polish, japan, us servers and all show same time on system clock in steam (after pressing shift+tab)

Hello, may I ask why the decision to have Finley available in real time and just 4 hours a day?
I personally do not like this choice.
If someone has other stuff to do from 20:00 to midnight almost every day and can’t play the game during that time?
It does not feel right.
I would like a game to adapt to my real-life so that I can enjoy it whenever I have some free time, not viceversa.

I know, I’ve been playing the game since day 1 of EA.
It’s far better now than before but I do hope that Finley will be available any time like the other merchants.
Or make it game-time related?
Or maybe if you want to keep it real time-locked at least we can have an upgrade from Davos (or the crucible vendor) that improves the streets across Sacra to increase the available time each day. From 4H to 6H, 8H, 12H a day?
This upgrade may also decrease the time it takes for the shops to resupply?
Btw, I like the game a lot and I think it has great potential and it would be even better if it had less real life time-consuming activities.
I mostly play between 6am and 11am. I guess I’m f*cked
