Does anybody know how the Electric Affliction rune works on staves? It doesn’t seem to have any visible effect on enemies when I try using it. Also, my electric damage stays the same on kills without using it vs. after using it.
My understanding is that it increases electric build up. I could be wrong.
Tooltip says it also increases lightning damage received but no matter how I try to apply it, the damage remains the same.
Before the breach update
It seems the Runes have swapped places. Coral piercer had the lightning dash icon in the Rune configuration at Eleanor but when pressing the Rune button it showed up as plague dash in the Rune window and it also was the plague dash upon activation before the breach update.
This is a bit similar as it shows up with an Electric icon at Eleanor but when pressing the Rune button you see a different icon with fire attributes and for some reason it looks like it is afflicting ice instead by the infusion that appears on the staff?
