Hello. We’ve reached the city and I’ve already completed a few quests. The Enchanter has one upgrade, but she herself hasn’t been there since the beginning. What’s more, she doesn’t even appear on the map. Is there any way to fix this?

I guess you haven’t spoken with her and didn’t receive the A Small Mercy side quest yet. She’s near the bridge that leads to the Rookery, speak with her and she should move to her shop’s location.
