I’m on the early side quest “Of Rats and Raiders” and was confused about the difficulty of the quest as it progresses. The first area is at my level. The second parts of the quest is a mix of my level and lower level. Then, you get to The Black Trench and its too high of a level for me. Is this intentional? Personally not a fan of running all over creation just to get to the end of a quest and not be able to finish it because the level is much higher than when I started.
