I played through the crucible to the end 3x. On levels 5 and 10 about a third of all loot in regular chests are always weapon and armor shards.
Started a new character and new realm. Made it to the first whisper and looted 7 chests. Already have 6 weapon shards and 5 armor shards. No gear/ armor drops at all 1 weapon only. Enemies dropped armor and a ring.
What do you feel is broken here Bran?

Yea i feel like every chest contains armor/weapon shardsi have like 200 of them replace it with embers drops or something

I think the rate at which the shards are found in chests at all levels is too high.
Running the crucible and of the 8 chests you loot, I don’t like finding low level drops in half of these chests.
Out in plagued areas I still find over half the chests of various sizes I loot have shards. It’s frustrating.
