the hotfix mentioned that it touched on the innkeepers husband quest to get it when you arrived in Sacrament. But dont you already get to start the quest when you get there?
i am lvl 30, i did the quest the first day the breach patch came out
As far as i know even before the breach you can start the quest when you first enter Sacrament when you talk to Caroline
