The runes just dont have numbers on them or any way to figure if it is better than another for you until you wasted ressources to try it. So sometimes you don’t know do i want to take out this rune or add this one… it can actually brick an item… having the percentage of damage scalling or a tooltip of what its supposed to be doing etc would help figure out whats useful and what isnt … i.e.: frost arrow shoots a frozen arrow in a straight line applying 25% feeze threshold and dealing 120% weapon damage as frost. Something of the likes… could be just at the enchantress or a table in our houses…
Also same for the items like the ring that does deal | take damage on block and such…i heard there is actualy a roll for how much it will do but we dont know if one is better than another.
