My friend had a game crash in a crucible run, and then he couldn’t enter realm and showed text as below. But he can run solo in new realms and try to fix it, like verify files or restart.
“HDD detected. This game requires an SSD to work as intended. By continuing on an HDD, you confirm that you understand you may experience unexpected issues. “

Does the shared Realm not load at all anymore?
Can you kick and invite him again, see if that helps? Also let him verify files.

I’ve tried kicking him out, reinviting him, and verifying the files. Is there any other solution?
Anyway, we’ll try kicking and reinviting him again.
P.S. He’s using an SSD.
Can your friend verify if this is his issue: [Combined] Stuck at "Entering Realm" - #88 by Tawapah in his current state?
If so, try some solutions from that topic.

Today we tried fixing it again. Just launching the game, and boom! the miracle just kick in and he can access this realm again.

We don’t know as well lol
So last night my friends and i was playing on a coop realm then me and one of my friends were disconnected and couldn’t reconnect with the auto reconnect thing. One of us wasn’t disconected for some reasons then he get back to the main menu and we all get the same issus where we can’t acces the realm anymore. We can recreate a realm online and it’s work but not our main realm Unique Download Link | WeTransfer
Also we get the hdd message after trying to log into that realm. We are all on ssd so don’t know if it’s usefull
So i see i got moved here but yeah my problem didn’t solve by magic, we can’t join the realm so…
So far we tried to verify, make the realm private , kick us back and reinvite, change the game location to another ssd.
All that didn’t work so if someone has another idea

Hello Silas , it’s still as the video show. We can see the realm but can’t log in, when we try there is the loading screen for 2/5 sec and we go back on the main menu. If you slow the record you can see a black screen with the hdd warning message and then back to main menu
Ah I misread, good to hear at least the Realm it self is visibile.

we got all the same issue including the realm owner , we also kicked all and make the realm private , it didn’t work
Ah sorry man, right now that is the only suggestion I had.
I will escalate this problem into the proper channels.
I will post updates here in the meantime if soft-fixes are found!
