[Combined] Give us ability to move around Runes already installed

There will be a video preview in the inventory, we also have some screenshots, they just have to work on it, it will probably be added together with the bestiary.

I think it makes sense to inform you since this topic is about Runes:

It looks like the Runes might be even more difficult to move in the future.

Adding onto this one, would be a big QOL improvement to be able to swap the button assigned to runes socketed to a weapon for a given weapon. Enables things like “stamina-based rune is always on ‘X’, AOE centered on me is always on ‘Y’ “ etc, that increase playability. As it is, it becomes hard to swap between different weapon sets, you have to re-learn them on the fly every time you swap or destroy a lot of identical weapons to get the runes in the order you want.

I’ve been playing the game in the last couple of weeks but had some issues relating to runes:

  • I want to extract runes I don’t currently have in store, to move them to other weapons. However, if a weapon has some rune, that rune does not appear on the right side. I assume it is because we can’t slot the same rune twice to the same weapon. However, this means I have to remember exactly which runes I have, so I don’t extract the same rune multiple times by mistake. This is made difficult with many runes having similar icons. In short - When going to extract a rune, if that rune exists in my storage, show it and even highlight it to indicate that. I want to create a library of runes from unused weapons, and this would help.
  • The game should allow us to reorder runes in the same weapon. This can be done for a cost, but should not require extraction (destroying weapons) or removal (destroying the current runes). Sometimes I like keeping several weapons with runes on the same slots, for easy access. Right now, I need to switch weapon and switch the selected rune. Reordering (for a small fee) would be very useful.

These are very reasonable suggestions, and I myself proposed something similar recently. But apparently, such problems will disappear automatically when the skill system changes (the developers talk about this in Q&A sessions on the Moon Studios Youtube channel).
