I Totally agree, especially considering that sometimes you want the original rune of the weapon in a different place, and if you want to move it you have to destroy it, find the same weapon to extract it and then put it in the right place and pretend to spend a lot of money from Eleonor just for a little QoL.
This feedback has been submitted several times, I hope they solve it.
Edit: While I was searching for an old topic of mine I found out that I had written the same thing but at the time no one paid attention to me
(Rune Swapping should be possible and free within a Weapon!)
