Cinematic to get Weeping Sisters Quest has not triggered

I went did Nameless pass area and killed the Twins and then did Of Rats and Raiders quest after and killed Darak. I wasn’t aware that there should be a cinematic after, so after doing some bounties I went to Lowland Meadows. Got stuck there so Googled to see how to progress and read about the Weeping Sisters quest. I ran around Sacrament and spoke to every NPC, petted dogs and nothing. The war room just has a table in it.

After asking on the forums I found out that there should have been a Cinematic triggered after killing those two bosses that then triggers the Weeping Sisters quest. I haven’t done Marin Woods yet and just grabbed the Whisper just outside Sacrament. My progress seems to be blocked by this, unless there is something I am missing.

The cinematic starts as soon as you arrive at the central square of the city.

I have run all around Sacrament a few times now

Turns out that I had to still speak to the Preacher Lady. I spoke to Ellsworth after killing the Twins and then went to the area she was before. Just went back to backtrack over the areas and found her. Cinematic has now triggered. So Need to finish Servant of the God plus of rats and raiders to trigger.
