I’ve been playing the experimental coop build with my brother for a few days and we just reached the end of the servant of god and rats and raiders quests. We got the cutscene afterwards where elssworth gives his speech, and then followed casper to get the letter. We have the quest item and the weeping sisters quest itself, but when we go the the war room nobody’s there. We’ve tried everything we could to get the quest working but so far we’ve had no luck.

I’m aware winnick is supposed to be outside the war room, but hes not there for us
Same issue! Searched war room, could not find them, no quest markers
