I am 10 hr in the game, right now in the sewer portion of the main quest and all of a sudden, my movement is jittery, and I can’t make it come back like before. I started maybe 1-2h into the sewer .
Attached a video of my movements.
The menus are fine, the screen animations other than movement (ex : fast travel thingy) are fine, everything runs smoothly but the movement of the characters (mine and the mobs) .
I tried to fast travel back to the city to see if it’s only in the sewer and no, it is now everywhere.

Hm you have an 2060 RTX and play with a high resolution. You are sure your system can handle the game well enough?
Do you cap frames? DLSS?
How is the audio in those parts?

Hi ! Good proposition.
I turned it down to Performance, activated DLSS, restarted the game and the bug is still present.
Also, the FPS are caped at 60.
The game ran fine for the first 14 lvls / 10 hrs. A bit of a slow down here and there but nothing really major.

Create a new character, original relm : Everything works fine.
Is it related to my character ?

There are a few bugs that seem to latch unto characters, so it wouldn’t suprise me if that is the case here too.
I don’t have a follow up for this right now, I will escalate this issue towards Moon!

I made one more test.
I created a new relm and joined with my OLD character (the bugged one), and weirdly everything works fine in the new relm …

What happens if you go back to your old realm with that character?
Still bugged in that relm.
Interesting, I suddenly remembered a few users having this after a beta.

That user solved it he said by going into a new Realm with the old character, and doing this for every character he had.
Maybe there is some combination of doing that, that will fix it for you to?

Indeed the problem described seems to the same as mine.
I did the proposed bug fix (old char in new relm, where it works fine, than reconnect old char to old relm) and the bug is still active unfortunately…

While you are in-game with the old character on the old realm Try going into Windowed mode and then back to Fullscreen mode.
if that doesnt work you could try this next:
Could you try Un-equipping all your gear on your Character if you are still using the same like in the Video and restart the game?
Ah thanks for trying. A couple issues in the Discord had it resolved by itself after a while but I admit that is not very workable.
Here is a long shot that has helped issues in the past:
Change to an old beta called “crucible_legacy”.
To do so:
Right click the game in your Steam library - properties - Game Versions & Betas
Select “crucible_legacy”, let it patch and boot up the game just once.
Afterwards, change back to the normal build (Default Public Version), let it patch once more and check the results.

I agree that the “Resolve by itself” solution is not really one in my case because the game is unusable at the moment. I could start another run, but I might juste end up in the same position after a few hour …
