How this bug occurs:

Wear a piece of Chest Armor.

Remove it.
The portrait doesn’t get updated.

I think portraits are bugged atm. You can end up having multiple helmets shown on your portrait aswell.

I think it stems from unequipping them. If you swap between items it updates correctly. But if you equip, unequip and then equip something again it bugs out.
