I have a “20 HP regen during combat” affix that pretty much completely negates that debuff.
Good to know, hopefully I can find something like that later.
Unrepairable seems nuts though, is there a way to circumvent that?
indestructible is an item facet that counters unrepairable. Unrepairable sounds bad, but on armor you only lose durability from dying. If you aren’t dying a lot, it’s not that bad of a negative.
you can also counter drain health with gems. The cracked skulls give 10, while mottled version gives 15.
I also want to point out that plagued gear is not better than enchanted gear, it’s just different. During breach update, plagued was better always because it gave 10-15% improvement to the same enchant. Together update changed this. Now the only difference between plagued and enchanted is what enchants they can have. When they have the same enchants, they max out to exactly the same value. For instance, if you want to focus on stagger resistance or barriers, you can’t find those enchants on most plagued gear. However plagued chest piece is the only way to get barrier gain enchant. For most of my builds, chest piece was the only piece I needed to have plagued. Most of the time, the extra enchantment (4 rather than 3 excluding the negative) plagued gear can have was pretty limited because of the enchant grouping, and generally not worth it since increasing enchantment power also increases the negative enchant.
