As said in the topic name cant connect at all into the games online features it always shows offline mode when i hit reconnect i get nothing

That sucks. You can connect to your own local Realms? No problems there?
Just some small tips, to rule stuff out:

restart steam

change your game to crucible_legacy and back to Live. To do so right click the game in your Steam library - Properties -

restart the game .exe with admin rights
See if any of these things can ‘wake up’ your online status.
