Stair was blocked by airwall when enemy be killed on stair.
the blocked stair is in the red circle.

If this happens again try not to kill the enemy on the stairs.
Or
Blink Rune can bypass this when used multiple times to sort of teleport through it.
Always good to keep a spare torch with some QoL rune abilities like Blink and Return.
I find another way to detour. just jump from tunnel to the side of stair.
