Bounty Boss Plague ability disappears, but still does damage

There is a Weekly Bounty Boss in the Orban Glades that has this ability where a bubble of plague erupts from the ground and does DoT to the player.
It stays for a long time, but if you die to it. It goes invisible AND still persists so you take damage from something you can’t even see any more.
I’ve been trying to do this boss all week and didnt realize why I kept taking damage or where I kept taking it from.
Short clip only happens near the end I take like 40 damage around the 0:18 second mark
I have been able to reproduce the bug every time I’ve gone to fight it so far.
