Depth of Field is beautiful, but demanding. Allowing us to disable DoF in the settings menu, or giving us different DoF presets, could help with performance scaling. I’d also ask for more visual settings options in general.
My in-game FPS varies widely, from 45fps at the low end up to 150fps at the high end; the worst is in parts with rain, wide open vistas, or lots of enemies on screen. The game is beautiful, and I appreciate the desire for maintaining an artistic vision, but 45fps is not beautiful.
I’m begging for more graphics options.
Edit: Okay, more like 40fps-150fps.
Edit 2: I’ve also seen people mention Ambient Occlusion and Volumetric Rendering, both of which would be good to expose to user control.
