Add a seller in our house so i don’t have to go to the market too to sell anything. Or better sell stuff in the spot.

Why? Why have a town then to begin with, or even NPCs? People should want to interact with NPCs and the fixtures of the world. It’s not about just teleporting to house, deposit/sell crap and get back out and kill.
I think people would also be more keen on revisiting vendors if their restocking happened much more frequently. Their prices also need to be adjusted because items sell for very little. I’ve found the actual way to make money is farm silver ore instead and sell silver ore and higher quality leathers instead, since armor pieces that are not plagued items sell for very little.
