A Great boss Fight Idea For this Game ! Thoughts ? and more Ideas

So I was thinking most of the boss fights in Games are nothing but an arena and you fight the boss and kill him, What if the boss fights are dynamic and interact with the world?

the idea -
Chasing Boss Fight - Make a boss fight where you start at one place and I think an isometric perspective is best for it, So you meet the boss at a place, fight and then the chase begins the boss travels from place to place and you need to follow him while fighting the boss and enemy in between and they stop at a place to place and somewhere at the end the real fight began and you kill him. That would be sick.
Maybe the boss will destroy places and change the map layout.|

or maybe the boss chases you and you need to escape and fight in between like you did in ori

This has been Done With Ori Games and it is a pretty chill and amazing experience.

I miss the puzzle fights of old souls so I’m on-board with this 100%. There were several too where you could affect the arena with secret platforms & levers to make it easier too. I think something like this so you can actually be smart would be neat. I always like arenas with effects going on.

I would like to note that all the combinations of attacks in the battle with the boss are very easy to learn, it’s really too easy, when you go to the boss for the second time, you already know when to dodge and when to hit (with the exception of the 2nd stage of Darak). I would like to see a little more combo attacks in the new patches with new bosses.

reminds me of the salt and sacrifice mage bosses. and quite frankly, they were annoying. maybe it can be done right, but i already see myself raging because of all the backtracking. and once the boss is down to 10% hp a trash mob kills me and i have to start the whole chase from the beginning.

oh lord… i really do hate chase and crowd control bosses.

Well, time will tell, and they are doing pretty well. I also believe that most of the normal mobs have better AI, such as the witch and the spinny guys with the three spin attack move set; more of these will be better and more challenging. As they have stated, this game is not for everyone, so I would like to see more good AI mobs and bosses, as well as new ideas.

maybe there is a better way to approach this thing, also in no rest for the wicked you have a lot of different builds to work with like Life Steal and we have Infinite Food so I don’t think it will be harder also the platforming of the game makes it so, it is easier to dodge enemies or maybe run through them.

checkpoints is a better way to solve this issue

Multi stage Arena is what ive suggested as well with check points to reset after each stage. Lost Ark does this with almost every boss fight

Yeah true, just waiting for what to come, in the distant future
