Since we will have a specific moveset for torches and shields in the future, giving 8 Runes/Skills per Set(Main Hand + OffHand), a Two-Handed Weapon Set should have 8 Runes/Skills per Weapon, using 4 Runes/Skills on the LB Button and another 4 Runes/Skills on the RB Button, the same as we do today with a weapon in the primary hand and a bow in the offhand.
