Have confirmed with furnace, untested with loom/sawmill but safe to assume they all use the same inventory system
Reproducable, try withdraw ore from furnace with full resource inventory. This only applies to the raw resources, the crafting results (ingots) appropriately check for space first
Tells you your inventory is full, but still removes from furnace and is not sent to chests.
