Will there be a wealth of off-hand weapons?

Although these functions have been added to different entries of weapons, I still want to ask, will there be rich off-hand weapons in the future?
I saw this approach through a game called “AlbionOnline”, although I don’t know if it is original. I’ll use it as an example.
The weapons of “AlbionOnline” mainly rely on proficiency bonuses to gain more bonuses in damage, defense and health. You gain experience by killing monsters, and each level of your weapon proficiency increases your damage by one point.
But this is not the main thing. What I want to say is about its off-hand. “AlbionOnline” has made many different off-hand weapon effects.
For example, an off-hand item can increase your attack speed.
One that increases your damage, but reduces your defense.
One can increase a small amount of damage, but the concentration cost will be increased
One increases your health but reduces health regeneration.
Can we see many deputies with different functions or appearances in “Wicked”? Although these functions may have been implemented by weapon entries. But I think it could be turned into a fashion choice, there are already so many types in weapons and clothing. I don’t know if the off-hand will have many weapons. Perhaps this rich appearance is just to hold it in the hand, adding a few stats, without any functionality (the bow and shield have practical uses). It’s enough to attract more players who focus on appearance. For example, your deputy is holding a dead fish, a kebab, or a flower pot. These items do not have any numerical value increase or function, they are just held in the hand. Maybe there are some torches or lanterns for lighting.
