Whittacker selling items at 0 durability

The merchant is selling items at 0 durability from the get-go. It has been like this since day one but I forgot to report it.

I got the same problem. If you buy one it is normal, but the item in your inventory is sill red. I think it is just a display bug.

I got the same bug, but it shows a unusable background where it should be useable item too.
