i have finished these quests and when i tried to investigate marin forest there was a gate that i couldnt open no matter what so i searched and it seems you need to get a quest from will called “Roots that bind” but i cant get it, it is bugged i need help
Have you tried to trigger the quest by going to the merchant near whisper in Marketplace?

Alright when i talk with winnick outside the ellsworth quest door outside war room and entered the room and saw the cutscene where ellsworth and odessa talks(but didnt give the letter to ellsworth) i was able to get the roots that bind quest from will thanks Konrad!
