Something weird happened, but I was not able to recreate the bugs. I tried making a new realm and went through the same movements as far as I can recall but it did not happen again.

What happened was I created a new character, used xp pots and then entered a new realm for farming.

Interacted with the Cerim Whisper inside the tower at the beach at the start, backstabbed the armoured axe guy.

The interaction for picking mushrooms and artemisia herbs was missing. Picture 1 & 2

I could still open chests.

Ladders where invisible. Picture 3, 4 and 5.

I was unable to interact with a different Cerim Whisper. Picture 6.

Exiting to the main menu fixed this. But I wasn’t able to recreate this bug.
