I activated Civic Duty : Complete 5 Challenges
Turned in 10 mushrooms and got credit, progressed to 1/5
Turned in 5 Clay and did not get credit, still 1/5
Enchanted an item and also did not get credit, still 1/5
The Daily quests completed properly and provided the rewards.

in this screenshot it looks like u did not turn in the completed quests. when they are marked completed, you have to confirm the quest again, so it is removed from the quest list, then it should count.
@Kuraishi can you try turning in the quests that are marked as completed and see if this fixes the issue, thanks
After playing more the responses are correct, it’s a bit un-intuative that you can contribute all resources and not complete the quest.
After the day had passed the daily quests were reset and I lost all the resources and didn’t get credit since I hadn’t completed them.
Ticket can be closed.
