Weapon Swapping Speeding Up Rune Attacks

When swapping to the icebreaker, my rune attacks are faster than if I haven’t swapped recently.

I am seeing this with Balance Smash and Berserk Strike, but not Wallbreaker and Crushing Uppercut.
