WCAG compliance: Backstab icon

I run around enemies and just never see the backstab icon. However, sometimes I do successfully backstab them.

Old: I don’t really understand what’s up. Is it a bug, or am I missing something?

Update: I found it. The icon is just too similar to the standard icon. Definitely not WCAG compliant (I don’t even have eye sight issues)

you probably removed autotargeting in the settings,i did it like 10 times when spamming buttons

Auto targeting is on in my settings.
For completeness: I do see icons. They just never change to the backstab icon
