Sorry I have no footage of the bug. But here’s how to replicate it.
- roll a barrel, I did it outside of Mariner’s Keep, before Orban Glades where there’s an elevator.
- walk in front of it, at the same direction the where the barrel is rolling.
- you will have boosted walking/running speed until you walk away from the barrel.
It’s harmless enough bug.
