Please have a better explanation of what you’re buying. Right now I’m looking at the rune vendor, and I have no clue what the runes will actually do. This is similar to the problem I have with gear upgrades in that you don’t know how the upgrade will actually affect your gear until after you pay. Better tooltips needed all around please.
