The bug:
The Caretaker and Tusk boss encounter cannot be initiated because the encounter barrier is not removed at the required point in the event sequence. The fight remains permanently inaccessible.

Bro, you’re at the exit of this boss fight right now—this isn’t where you’re supposed to be. You should follow the main quest guidance and enter the boss fight from the other entrance. I ran into the same thing a few days ago; I also thought it was a bug at first.:smiley:
