I encountered almost the same bug as described in this post on the 28th. Before triggering the bug, I had entered the boss room from behind the Caretaker. I noticed that after Patch #5, the boss fight that previously caused an immediate crash no longer crashes directly, but a new bug has appeared where the boss takes no damage at all. Would you like me to provide log files and videos to help with the fix?
