Update your nvidia drivers (recent nvidia update)

After udpdating my dirvers (recent nvidia update) the game is performing much better than a few moments before. Cutscene framerate has improved, as well as the general performance, there are a few stutters here and there but they are related to the loading of new areas. The game in general feels much better.
