After the Update 1 a lot of the things that were in english have been fixed but here I am going to post the ones that I find in the latest version.
When you want to remove an object from your house, it will ask in english.
It says resources in english when it should be in spanish. This is when I have no room left to grab more resources.
Gear is in english too. I think Gear, Food, Combat Consumables, Resources and Realm are all in english.
When you complete a mission the text letting you know is in english. I will try to post a pic in the future.
