I discovered this on accident by shoving off a mob.
If you stand here:
Then edge yourself slowly down whilst facing the camera. You fall down to another platform, where you can then heal and fall down further to here:
Eventually you can then reach here by dropping further down:
I then ran towards the wall North of my PC but the wall insta killed me
