On PC, unlocked a whisper by donating food items. When I switched from PC to steam deck. the whisper that was unlocked was a regular white whisper that I could not travel to.
Unlocked the whisper on steam deck.
Went back to PC and the whisper was white again with no possibility to fast travel.
Wasted many items twice to unlock the whisper and it keeps reverting to a white whisper.
Whisper in question is Nameless Pass Shrouded Cavern

I have not noticed any other missing thing when switching back and forth. I have not really looked in detail everywhere though. The loss of whispers is very noticeable since when I want to fast travel to the whisper I am supposed to have unlocked, its not available. Currently staying away from unlocking any other whisper since they don’t seem to last whenever I switch.
