My friend and I cannot buy houses in our realms. We can’t even interact with the purchase signs, as shown in the video.
I believe this bug was caused during the early story quest where you talk to Roan and use ichor with the Watcher. My friend talked to Roan first, and then I gave the ichor to the Watcher before him.
I tried starting a fresh new realm and completing this part alone, but the bug still persisted.
As a workaround, a third friend joined our realm, bought the houses for us, and then granted us permissions.
