However I noticed something whilst playing with a friend. The “shove” mechanic feels abit too strong, especially when we both use heavy load and just take turns pushing enemies to the ground. This might be a non issue that only feels powerful in the start (we have only played for about 10hours).
I guess what I am saying is that we feel that enemies should get a shoved-down immunity status that prevents them from being bullied too much.
I’m actually surprised to hear this. I haven’t tried heavy, but I assumed the shove mechanic would have some sort of limitation. The idea of being a 4-stack of heavy PCs shove spamming to keep enemies knocked down is… hilarious, and kind of sad.
Well the trade off with shove is that it consumes a ton of stamina. With a heavy build, you also have a lot less stamina regen, so it seemed to me that it would mainly be used for ledging since you don’t really have the stamina to do much damage afterwards. Now with coop, I can see how this leads to infinite cc , but you could do the same thing with rune based knockdowns and enough focus regain.
