The Enchant “Rune Damage increased by X%” only work for Plague Barrage if it’s casted after an auto attack (it must hit the dummy). If you cast a rune then cast Plague Barrage, the barrages will be recognized as auto attacks without bonus from the Rune Damage enchantment.
Btw, If you chain cast 2 Plague Barrage, the first one is recognized as auto attack (without Rune Dmg bonus), then the second one is recognized as Rune Dmg (with bonus) because it is casted after an auto attack (which is the first barrage).
If it’s not the auto attack then it must have sth with the plague status effect. I only realize this later but I was testing on the dummy with the Rune-Stricken Wand which deal plague damage by default. So the similar between an auto attack & the first barrage is that the bit of plague they applied.
That’s the only wand you have used for the testing? (there are some problems with that particular wand already, it might be related)
