Rune Ring and Fierce Ring do NOT effect Bow Attack/Runes at all

Testing builds in Crucible and Bow runes/attacks do not take into the account of Rune % damage increase or % damage increases at all. Please Fix.

Tested Fierce ring with Claymore - does not work neither.

The same goes for spells, they don’t get the benefits of rune and fiercer
