So basically i did my double daily bounties in The Shallows, went to The Saltborne Tower whisper to fast travel into Meadows Windmill and it teleported me back into the tower except i’m stuck with no character, no HP or anything.
Some notes:
First time it happened.
Could not reproduce.
Could not enter the menu to quit to main menu etc.

hey there,
you can unstuck yourself from the main menu: go to realm selection and chose “respawn from last whisper”. That should fix it. If not, please let us know 
Oh, i had to actually edit the post for another note:
I couldn’t enter the menu, the only buttons that worked were the back / trigger buttons. 
I just restarted the game and it’s fine.
Can i ask how you produced this?
You are at 0 health lol did you die while travelling?
Haha, i actually just teleported from the tower to meadows. Nothing exactly special.
Killed some monsters, looted some items and then i ran to the whisper → fast travel to meadows windmill → after loading screen i’m back at the tower with 0 HP, can’t move, can’t access menu. The only thing that showed ANY response was actually the trigger buttons L1, L2, R1, R2.
I tried to recreate it but hasn’t happened since. There IS a chance that i might’ve been hassling a 2nd screen during the loading screen so semi alt-tab.
